(SNO) — A motorcyclist and a pedestrian were injured during a collision at Ciceron, Castries on Christmas Day, according to emergency officials.
The biker, Duran Jean, 21, of Ciceron, Castries, and the pedestrian, Quami Dublin, 20, of Morne Fortune, Castries were transported by ambulance to Victoria Hospital, both in stable condition.
Castries fire personnel responded to the accident at about 3:08 p.m.
OTHER ACCIDENTS ON CHRISTMAS DAY
– A motorcylist was taken to St. Jude Hospital in stable condition after his bike collided with a sports utility vehicle (SUV) in Banse, Laborie.
– A car and an SUV collided at about 7:43 at La Tourney, Vieux Fort, resulting in one individual sustaining injuries. The individual was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
– A male sustained head injuries after a vehicle ran off the road in Marisule, Castries. He was transported to Victoria Hospital by ambulance but his medical status is not known.
