A small truck carrying gas cylinders went off-road in lower Monigiraud, Gros-Islet Friday afternoon, June 26.
There were no immediate reports of injuries. It is not immediately clear what caused the accident.
A motorist told St. Lucia News Online (SNO) that one of the gas cylinders appeared to have been damaged.
“People couldn’t stop because of a burst tank,” the source remarks.
SNO received the report at around 2:22 p.m.
